Back to School

So the 2nd semester has finally started and everyone is feeling a bit anxious and sad in the thought of school and the goodbye to our break.

We should all probably just relax have fun and study hard. When your feeling down with school just think that in a few years the teachers and professors wont be shoving work down your throat anymore but your boss, and he decides when you have to work and when your breaks are. You will work not because he says so but because you need the cash.

Or.... you could probably enjoy your job and work will just be enjoyable instead of a chore and life will seem so much sweeter. But we all know we have to study hard to get there so lets think positive and go on our own adventures in life.

So follow your dreams and be the best you that you can be, unless you want some dude across the hall bragging that he is a better you than you yourself.

....>>>>>>>>Seriously if none of that works just think of it as a "CHALLENGE!!!!" and you get your own like rewards, trophies and points if you do it. This is actually what I do. It works and i suggest you don't screw up this life because there are no extra lives or 1up's here, No new game, saves or loads either. Just one take and you better make it the best 135% complete file ever.

Wasting Time? or spending your way?

The past 2 weeks have been so intense and yet so mellow, I can barely recall the time i spent in class or at the dorm playing games.

Everyone has their own way of spending their day, some can be called a waste of time, while others tend to call it time well spent.  I think just as long as your havin a great day then nothing besides that matters.

On my part going to class and learning something new always keeps my mind turning (and thats a thumbs up for me). As you can tell by now pictures are a hobby of mine, but so are taking photos of things that peek my interest, listening to music, cooking, jogging, building models, and learning card tricks.

We should try to respect how others spend their time and if possible just try it along with them to see what we're missing and to bond with whoever that person is.

To whoever is reading this, your comments are much appreciated whether you think its bad or not.

and most importantly, spend your time having a great day or a nothing to do today kind of day, your choice XD

Bad Trip

A few nights ago i was up doing my differential calculus work, it wasn't homework but it was an incentive on my part. Next day i had PE at 7 and it ended late by 5 minutes (9:05am), and since it rained the other day i was now covered in mud. To me this was totally not cool since my calculus subject was at 9. Yes you might think its stupid for me to put my PE right before calculus... but i didnt, my professor bunked up her class of 10-12 to 9-11, saying those who had PE were gonna be given a few minutes of excuse. So the first thing I did was run across the campus of UST to get to my dorm. I took a bath, changed, got my stuff, ate breakfast and run back to the main building in 10 minutes. So here's me thinking "Ok, I'm 15 minutes late, its ok, I'll just explain that I had PE and it ended late". So i walk in all hagard from running and my seatmate tells me "dude she wont accept your work anymore, she snapped yesterday and is subjectively treating everyone based on her opinions" ( which in course was really bad since my class is extremely noisy, *winner of the most disruptive class last year, the award was everybody losing their I.D's). So at the end of the class i slowly approach her and try to give her my work saying I had PE and it ended late and that it was muddy. Her answer came with a smile, "no". I tried to explain further and she just said no. So i just said ok, and crumpled the paper in her face while walking out.

Her last words to the class that day was "Your all so noisy and I've reached my limit, from now on I will be subjective and treat you depending whether i think you should pass or not, this is just to be fair. So all the noisy ones can get questions like solving for the 10th derivative while the quiet ones can derive to the 1st. I'm normally nice and you can ask all my older students). That was total c&*#. Most of the older students didn't have her for 3 semesters in a row.

My day was ruined by a teacher snapping and becoming all high and mighty thinking that just because she is older she is right, we are wrong, and that subjectivity is always fair. I know understand why people revolt and c*$&, with authority like that, its better to go out in style then sitting.

Boredom

Well this is my first blog and I actually started this because of my free time and from the suggestion from an awesome couple. Doing this i realize that I am actually willing to do a lot if it gets me off my boredom chair ( i wish really had one).

Here are a few tips on keep away from boredom and keep that smile going:

         1. Make sure you have friends around (this hardly ever goes wrong, in fact you don't need the other numbers if you already have number 1).

         2. If you number 1 is unavailable to you or has failed you then you need an i pod or a book or any device or reading material to keep your mind at bay.

         3. A good picture always does the trick for me if all else fails
